You can also pay by direct deposit. Banking details will be provided when your order is placed. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until your payment clears our bank account. This also applies if you are making your payment via a PayPal account that is attached to a savings/cheque account.
For security reasons no credit card or PayPal account details are stored by us.
We aim to despatch your order within two business days after you have placed it providing the item is in stock. If there are any delays due to an item being out of stock, we will notify you immediately and you have the option to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
If you are not entirely satisfied with any of our products, please return it to us within 14 days of date of purchase in its original condition with all the tags still attached. Please send us an e-mail with the reason for the return. Please also quote the order number. We will gladly exchange or refund the item. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping costs.
Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless we made an error and shipped the incorrect item.

Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to pay using your credit card; you can pay using your Visa or MasterCard through PayPal.You can also pay by direct deposit. We use Australia Post to deliver all orders within Australia. Cancellations
